Ninth international online seminar "Artificial Societies and Information Technologies"
On 19.03.2021, a meeting of the international online seminar "Artificial Societies and Information Technologies" was held, dedicated to the report of D.Sc., Professor Igor Ilin, Ph.D., Assoc. Professor Anastasia Levina, Nikitin N.S. "Multi-agent approach in planning and scheduling of production as part of complex architectural solutions at the enterprise".
Brief abstract:
The study is devoted to identifying the possibilities of the multi-agent approach to improve the efficiency of operational planning and production scheduling systems, developing a system of mathematical models and introducing IT solutions based on the multi-agent approach into the integrated architecture of a manufacturing enterprise. In the study, the following tasks are sequentially solved:
- Analysis of the development of the concept of enterprise architecture in relation to manufacturing enterprises
- Analysis of existing approaches to the automation of operational production management and determination of the limitations of these approaches;
- Analysis of the possibilities of a multi-agent approach to solving problems of accurate and efficient operational planning and production dispatching;
- Formation of a mathematical model of operational planning and production scheduling based on a multi-agent approach;
- Determining where the Multi-Agent Planning (MAP) Module fits in the architecture of the manufacturing plant.
The proposed multi-agent model for planning and scheduling production allows you to quickly adjust production schedules, building optimal routes for the movement of orders, and can be built into an existing IT solution, expanding the functionality of ERP and MES systems.
